First – have businesses on the corridor agree to be part of this branding effort.

Second – establish design standards for store facades, street signs, etc.

Third – work with the business to convert it into a cultural destination by integrating ethnic food, art, music, events, and a safe and welcoming environment.

Fourth – work with a local community development corporation to ensure all city rules and regulations are followed.

Fifth – apply for local funding resources to help with this effort.
